Newline Projects was formed in 2000 to fill a gap in the road marking market in KZN. The bigger companies are only interested in large National contracts (high kilometreage). Its Car parks and local roads where Newline Projects enters the market and finds their foothold. As it turns out, Newline Projects started to get involved with larger projects; companies we contract to wanted to maintain their relationship with us as they grew encouraging and resulting in our own growth. Some of the larger contracts completed by Newline Projects are King Shaka airport including the runway, Growth Points La Lucia Mall and Gateway Shopping Centre. We have also recently completed rehabilitation works to Greytown and the Durban Harbour (Transnet). However; with the growth of Newline Projects, the most important has not been forgotten; the market gap: allowing us to enter this industry in the first place. We are still flexible enough to maintain our foothold in this market.

Over the year’s sand/ shot blasting has been increasing and we now have our own teams which makes organising works more efficient and less expensive thus enabling Newline Projects to pass down the savings to our customer list.
